This policy explains how slateox handles the information you share on this website (slateox.com). It covers this marketing site only. The slateox product, once you are a customer, is governed by its own separate agreement.

We collect information only when you choose to give it to us. If you submit the demo request form, we collect your name, business name, industry, city, phone number, and preferred call window. We do not ask you to create an account. Like any website, our host keeps standard technical logs (such as your IP address) to serve and protect the site, and we do not use those to build a profile of you.
Cookies and tracking
This website sets no advertising or analytics cookies and runs no third-party trackers. The fonts are served from our own site, so no external font provider sees your visit. If we add analytics in future, we will update this policy first.
How we use your information
We use what you submit for one purpose: to contact you about a slateox demo and to prepare a price for your business. We do not sell, rent, or share your information for marketing by anyone else.
How your request reaches us
The demo form is delivered by a third-party form-to-email service that forwards your submission to our team by email. That service keeps your submission only as needed to deliver it, under its own retention policy. Your submission is never written to the slateox product database from this website.
If you choose Chat on WhatsApp, you message us through WhatsApp using your own account. That conversation is also governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy terms, which are outside our control.
Keeping and deleting your information
We keep demo enquiries only as long as we need them to follow up with you. You can ask us at any time to tell you what we hold about you, or to delete it, and we will do so.
